## Preamble

This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your data from the Camaleonic Analytics Connector ("the App"), in accordance with the Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Twitch Platform Terms.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you wish to have your data removed from our systems, you can do so by following the steps below.

## How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of data associated with your account, please follow these steps:

    Send an email to our support team at [team@camaleonicanalytics.com](mailto:team@camaleonicanalytics.com).

    Use the subject line: **"Data Deletion Request"**.

    In the body of the email, please include your **full name**, **platform**, and the **email address** you used to sign up for the App. This is necessary to verify your identity and locate your data in our system.

## What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will:

    Send you a confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your request.

    Begin the process of permanently deleting your data from our live databases, servers, and backups.

    This process will be completed within **30 days** of your request.

    We will notify you by email once the data deletion process is complete.


Please Note

Once your data is deleted, this action is **irreversible**. You will lose all information, settings, and history associated with your account in Camaleonic Analytics Connector.
